Before the interview we run a mock session with the questions officers actually put to funded PhD candidates, and we stay on call until the visa is in your passport.
Country-specific visa strategy
Every destination has its own process: the F-1 or J-1 interview for the USA, the UK Student visa with CAS and financial requirements, the German national visa with blocked account or funding-contract proof, and Canada's study permit. Because your PhD is funded, your assistantship or stipend letter becomes your strongest financial document - we show you how to present it so the officer sees a fully-supported student, not a financial risk.
Documents, forms, and timelines
You get a complete, country-specific document checklist, help filling the actual forms (DS-160, CAS statements, VIDEX, and others), and a timeline working backwards from your program start date so biometrics, appointments, and processing all fit. We review every document before you submit - small inconsistencies between your SOP, funding letter, and visa forms are the most common cause of trouble.
Mock interviews until you're confident
For interview-based visas we run realistic mock sessions covering the questions PhD applicants actually get: why this university, who is funding you, what your research is about, and your plans after the degree. You get direct feedback after each round. Our goal is that on interview day, nothing is a surprise.
